Job description

The company provides multiple products and services improving Pet Food Palatability, Pet Nutrition and Pet Food Protection. Symrise Pet Food is present on 5 continents with 1500 employees, 31 sites and 4 expert measurement centers with 1100 cats and dogs.
Responsible to manage the PLM software system and provide full support in the product development process, considering the complete life cycle of the product.
Monitoring to ensure right use of the system: ER/recipes/specifications check, KPI.
End users support, especially the first few months after GoLive.
Bugs and evolutions management.
Specific actions in PLM/ERP:
Transfer Formula (from output recipe to specification).
Technical Data Sheet / Raw Material reports: create/generate/release/convert.
Create/modify phrases in dropdown list of specifications property trees.
Review formula database and classification of Component Type when necessary.
Support Regulatory Affairs in the Recipe Check, EHS in the risks evaluation and contribute to the label check, when necessary.
Training to the tool:
Ensure new end users training.
Contribute to updating of training materials.
Symrise Pet Food authorization policy
Implement and ensure compliance.
Initially, the main focus will be in Brazil with evolution to the other LATAM countries (Argentina, Colombia and Mexico) according to the implementation schedule.
Availability for travel: 30%.
Hybrid Position: resource allocated in Descalvado, SP with the possibility of working 2 days a week remotely.
Education: complete degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Administration, or related areas.
Desirable: Knowledge in Project Management.
Experience with PLM and SAP software will be an advantage.
Skills: verbal and written communication, understanding information received, observation, working in a team and work organization.
General Knowledge: Office Package (Excel, Word and Power Point) and ease of working with systems and software
Advanced English.
Spanish intermediary.
