Requirements

· Proven experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.

· Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver.

· Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

· Familiarity with SAP security concepts and best practices.

· Proficiency in SAP system monitoring tools and performance tuning.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

· SAP certification (desired but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

· Manage SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

· Apply SAP patches, updates, and enhancements.

· Perform system tuning and troubleshooting to optimize performance.

· Implement proactive monitoring solutions to ensure system stability.

· Respond to and resolve SAP-related incidents in a timely manner.

· Analyze system logs and performance data to identify issues.

· Administer user access and security roles within SAP systems.

· Enforce security policies and compliance requirements.

· Set up and manage SAP system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

· Test and validate backup and recovery processes regularly.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations and procedures.

· Generate reports on system performance and operational status.

· Work closely with the SAP Team in India to address global SAP challenges.

· Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
