JOB PURPOSE

Working at Unilever as a Personal Care Latam CSP Coordinator means you are joining a world-class Category Strategy & Planning organization that oversees category strategy, category and shopper insights, category planning, Net Revenue Management and shopper marketing expertise in our Personal Care business unit.

CSP BU Latam function works closely with local CSP teams, CMI (local and regional), global Costumer Marketing (Commercial Strategy and Strategy & Insights), and Latam Finance team functions bringing insights into action to impac t strategic customers unlocking exponential category growth.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

This position will be key to support Unilever Personal Care LATAM CSPs to be the #1 partner of choice for sustainable category growth by disaggregating global strategy to each market´s need, ensuring BU CSP governance and upskilling the markets to become objective experts who will deliver plans that will assert leadership and grow the category, our customers and Unilever through value creation by:
