For our Industrial Refrigeration Business Unit we are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative. As Technical Sales Representative you will be expected to develop initial technical design proposals based on customer enquiries and sales team surveys, estimate all costs and prepare formal quote documentation.

How you will do it

• Develop value-add and cost effective solutions to support Sales, Service and Operations teams
• Perform preliminary project risk analysis
• Use available tool to assemble estimates
• Capture material, labor, expense and subcontractor costs as necessary
• Obtain quotes from internal and external suppliers working in cooperation with purchasing department
• Review estimate with operations team to get mutual agreement on estimate
• Develop consensus from sales team before presentation to customer
• Maintain product knowledge and technical skills to current standards and portfolio
• Create marketing tools to showcase our company's skills and abilities to effectively influence projects award.

What we look for

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• To be successful in this role it would be beneficial to have experience in refrigeration systems and relevant controls, ventilation, pumps, valves, steam, insulation and plumbing and experience in mechanical, electrical and controls contracting works
• Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft office programs
• Knowledge on Autocad would also be useful
• The suitable candidate should be an innovative, creative thinker, a team player and be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Expertize to translate technical solutions into detailed cost elements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and foster relationships between various internal customers.
