Area Manager

Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for an Area Manager to join our team.

Area Manager Responsibilities

The position will assist our Regional Manager with the oversite and operational execution of approximately 700 units in our South Region which has properties in Olathe, Gardner, Spring Hill, and Tonganoxie Kansas. Some of the duties include but are not limited to: resolving resident complaints and ensuring resident satisfaction, managing delinquency, seeing to it that rents and all applicable fees are billed and collected, maintaining occupancy expectations, assisting in keeping work orders down, moving units through our “make ready” process to reduce vacancy loss, conducting quarterly property audits, all staff oversite which includes training and development, and other duties as assigned.

**Salary based on experience**

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Multi-Family experience required
• Minimum of 1 year Multi-Site Management required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Expert Yardi user
• CAM designation required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive references
