Job description
- Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
- Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
- Leading all sales activities in the relevant region
- Building up and maintaining the regional sales structures
- Establishing personal business relationships at an appropriate customer level in coordination with the Director Sales Global Account
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Developing new customers
- Acting as the interface to ElringKlinger Business Units and production plants
- Working closely with the Director Sales Global Account
- Preparing the annual sales forecast per customer and region
- Preparing sales reports on time in a standardised format
- Preparing and conducting the local annual price negotiations in coordination with the Director Sales Global Account
- Approving the regional sales planning in the Global Sales Planning Tool (GSPT)
- Approving the regional investment planning
