Job description

Process Management Specialist:

1. Responsibilities:
   
   1. Clarify and Teach Processes: Organize and clarify the product and system workflow of SHEIN’s development and production. Prepare manuals and training materials, and answer process questions from buyers.
   2. Time Efficiency Promotion: Ensure timely publishing of selected styles by collecting data, monitoring progress, and addressing obstacles. Offer action plans for key points like sample delivery and order placement.
   3. Industry Belt Investigation: Study Brazilian suppliers to enhance knowledge and improve processes accordingly. Share experience in process control and efficiency.
2. Requirements:
   
   1. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze statistical data, identify outliers, and provide strategic analysis.
   2. Communication: Advanced/Fluent in English with strong communication skills and patience.
   3. Business Sense: Interest in garment industry, knowledge of e-commerce indexes, and analytical methods. Understanding of development processes.
   4. Experience: Preferred experience in garment industry.
