Job description

This position will report directly to the Country Head and will be on par with the IT Solutions delivery leadership of Dexian Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and how our IT services can cater to them.
  2. Solution Development : Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored IT solutions that align with client requirements and expectations.
  3. Market Analysis : Stay updated with the latest trends in Brazil's IT market and identify emerging opportunities for our business.
  4. Proposal Development : Craft compelling proposals and presentations to convey the value proposition of our services.
  5. Feedback Loop : Communicate customer feedback to the internal team, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  6. Collaboration : Partner closely with the sales and delivery teams to deeply understand the customer needs and provide the best solutions, as well as ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to closing and operation set-up.
  7. Training : Keep oneself updated with the latest in IT service trends and technologies, as well as be responsible to periodically train the sales team on the same.
