JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
· Lead innovation & strategic projects, collaborating with teams to develop feasible launch plans for global and regional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and customer value creation.
· Conduct sourcing strategy analysis to enhance cost-effectiveness and service levels.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of supply and innovation projects.
· Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategic initiatives, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure alignment with business goals.
· Drive the execution of innovation & cost optimization projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
· Guarantee execution on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of innovation initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience in end-to-end supply chain management, planning, and/or manufacturing.
· Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and successfully delivering results.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence multiple stakeholders toward a common objective.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
· Strong understanding of costs and the ability to construct compelling business cases.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in English and Spanish
