Description

Role: IT SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities :

- Management of the production support teams;

- Management of cross-cutting incidents;

- Management of service requests;

- Responsible for interconnection with IT infrastructure area;

- Monitoring the backlog of incidents, service requests and problems;

- Managing the service with the Cluster's platform management partner;

- Reporting on management indicators for the provision of services by outsourcers and/or service providers;

- Responsible for defining actions to reduce and control the teams' backlog of incidents.

Sector:

- Energy & Utilities

Must-have:

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or similar;

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT Service Management , monitoring software development or maintenance projects;

- Knowledge of IT service management methodologies;

- Experience in managing outsourcers and service providers;

- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams;

- Experience in defining and implementing efficient and effective processes and procedures for resolving problems and providing IT services;

- Ability to guarantee outsourcers' service levels within their area of operation;

- Ability to continuously improve;

- Ability to control and manage problems, incidents and service requests;

- Ability to align the services provided with business needs;

- Advanced knowledge of Office tools;

- Experience in achieving objectives in IT service provision;

- Experience of working with the Jira & Confluence tool;

- Experience of working with Service Management tools ;

- Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-have:

- Certification or training in IT service management;

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365.

- Experience as an IT Service Manager;

- Ability to control and manage problems, incidents and service requests.
