Salary Range : R$120.000 - 180.000
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be an instrumental part of the strategic shift towards centralized HR operations. You will be responsible for various HR functions, fostering effective communication, conducting interviews, and enhancing overall employee experience. HR responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, employee support, culture-building initiatives, and organizing morale-boosting events for all Leaf Employees in multiple countries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Global HR Support:
- Design and facilitate local Brazil HR processes and in accordance with broader corporate policies and regional requirements (Brazil).
- Assist in executing HR processes for multiple countries, including the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Argentina, and future locations, as required.
- Gain expertise in global HR best practices and local employment regulations to provide comprehensive support.
- Communicate with the legal team on HR matters.
2. Recruitment, Interviews, and Salaries Review:
- Utilize the Rippling ATS platform to support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for various roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to review and adjust salaries for employees, ensuring competitiveness and fair compensation.
3. Training and Development:
- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to company culture, policies, and values.
- Collaborate with team members to design and deliver training programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge
4. Employee Support and eNPS:
- Address employee queries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Administer the internal Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey to gauge employee satisfaction and gather insights.
5. Culture Building and Social Events:
- Organize and plan engaging events that bridge communication gaps between departments, teams, and diverse cultures.
- Develop and implement activities to boost employee morale, enhance teamwork, and promote a cohesive company culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ year of experience in HR administration, preferably with exposure to multinational HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, such as Rippling, and ATS systems.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) (90+ min TOEFL Equivalency); additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices in multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing scenarios.
- Creative mindset for designing and executing culture-building activities.
