Job description
Activities:
- Provide application support level three to fund administration services
- Production support / change management (incidents, problems and production releases)
- Coordination of environment setup
- Defend technical releases/rollout on Change Management forums
- Follow up on BNPP methodologies, processes and employ its framework
- Develop and implement initiatives focused on problem solving
- Coordination of task-forces/war-rooms aiming to address critical production issues
- Present incident/problems metrics on the relevant forums
- Perform testing activity/QA;
- Maintain technical documentation up to date such as troubleshooting articles and procedures
Requirements
- Higher Education
- Fluent English
- Solid communication skills with internal teams\\clients and vendors;
- Experience employing agile methodology
- Critical thinking, proactivity and can-do attitude
- Experience with structure IT governance / change management
- Experience with test plan, execution and reporting (QA)
- Desirable experience/knowledge with JIRA and Confluence
