As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a key player in the SAP HCM Module.
- Spearhead the development, defect resolution, and innovation within SAP Payroll Management. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring flawless payroll operations.
- Showcase your expertise in configuring HCM modules, particularly in Payroll (evaluation & schemas). Tackle complex defects related to Overtime, legal reporting, allowances, and more.
- Be an integral part of cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of SAP HR projects. Ensure the integrity of time and attendance data, attentive to detail to maintain accuracy.
- Interact with consultants and the Global Team, acting as a bridge between HR and IT.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM module, with a track record in large ERP/HCM implementation projects. Workday integration experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate your understanding of legal requirements, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to work under pressure. Fluent English is mandatory.
