SI/ EDI onboarding and testing experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
Experience in monitoring, editing, and understanding of Idocs in SAP ECC.
Experience and understanding of transactions in IBM Sterling (SI).
Understand all aspects of product testing including functional, regression, performance, usability, and integration to develop necessary automation for maximum quality and performance.
Experience with Service Now ticket handling process.
Experience creating proper documentation for SI system
Good understanding of business process flows and Map set up in SI for inbound and outbound transactions
Skilled at documenting detailed requirements, and breaking content down in to digestible pieces.
Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external partners possessing various levels of technical knowledge.
Determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes confusing or contradictory information.
Quickly solve problems working with technical and non-technical groups in areas that may not be a primary area of expertise.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to support US hours ( 10am-9pm EST).
Proficient in English language verbal and written communication
Essential Job Duties:
Day to day support for assigned tickets for EDI and SI-IBM Sterling Integrator.
Development and ongoing maintenance/enhancements of business processes, maps and SI systems.
Troubleshooting PI/PO integration to backend SAP systems.
Assist with unit testing and provide support during integration testing.
Development projects as assigned, including requirements documentation through design, development and testing.
·Support IT Help Desk with any EDI and SI inbound and outbound issues.
Manage workload and resolve day to day EDI issues.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with all IT, Security, third-party service consumers, and business stakeholders.
