Requirements:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations or similar disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Temporary Admission Imports (REPETRO) is preferred.
- Knowledge in Brazilian Legislation for Imports of Special Regimes.
- Advanced English.
- SAP skills is preferred.
- Advanced Excel.
Responsabilities:
- Under direct supervision, responsible for shipment international cargo in accordance with local legislation.
- The role requires knowledge of all possible movement restrictions, experience in modes of transport (sea, air or land) and knowledge of dangerous movements.
- Coordinates pre-shipment instructions and works with service provider(s) on moves (broker and freight forwarder). Coordinates cargo shipment orders from point of origin to point of destination to ensure product meets required delivery in the most efficient method, while interacting with customers to keep them informed of progress.
- All files must be maintained in accordance with submission requirements. It gathers data on service provider value and analyzes the short-term needs of the business while planning shipment movements.
- Requires the use of logistics systems to perform job functions and ensure correct and timely movement transactions. Responsible for recording data measurements to help follow trends in order to identify alternative ways to improve movement and logistics services for Halliburton's economic benefit.
- This role will utilize SAP and other logistics systems to perform job tasks and ensure correct and timely movement.
- Job tasks performed correctly directly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability and/or operations.
- Requires the ability with validating fees and charges on invoices.
