The role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dynamic book of business with over 50 contracts, with the primary goal of ensuring client retention and minimizing churn.
In addition, you will lead a team of 3 individuals and collaborating closely with the Head of Growth and Sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
