Develop a deep understanding of our user base, products, services and programs, besides driving the growth from supply and demand, with multiple channel and tools.
Contribute to the development of our customer strategy, new products and services.
Develop the experimentation and implementation plan for new launches/ roll-outs or continuous engage with users.
Work with cross-functional partners and global teams to project manage the execution of Brazil business priorities.
- Insightful operation: Build deep insights and understanding of the business from different fields, such as incentives, rider economy, driver economy, and be data driven ALWAYS.
- Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing, and capable of writing SQL. Utilize date to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our business. Develop & Optmize processes.
- Ensure collaboration with our finance, marketing and product management teams to improve operational productivity & user experience.
- Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps with progressive timelines for completion.
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

- 2-3 years’ experience in rider share, food delivery, Strategy Consulting or other professional services with a proven track record in using data to drive business decisions
- Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
- Strong Excel skills a must, other database experience is helpful. Comfortable learning and using new software tools.
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
- Distinctive problem-solving - ability to break down ambiguous problems, put structure and use data-driven insights to solve them
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesise a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
