Client Support Team Member

ALTISSIA, a leading global player in distance language learning , is looking for a Client Support Operator.

By joining our technical support team, you will help, assist, and ensure the satisfaction of users across our international projects more specifically LATAM and Brazilian ones.

YOUR MISSION

· Answer users’ questions by email via our ticketing system;

· Identify and report the technical source of issues encountered by end-users;

· Escalate situations requiring urgent attention;

· Stay up-to-date with system changes and updates;

· Serve as a liaison between end-users (B2B, B2E & B2C), the Product Management team and the IT department;

· Inform management of recurring problems and provide recommendations on FAQ updates;

· Stay in close touch with the Support HQ in Belgium to report any difficulty, or technical issues;

· Follow the processes implemented by the Support HQ in Belgium;

· Support internal linguistic and IT teams with troubleshooting;

· Document solutions to problems for future reference.

· Create pre-edited responses to standard questions in both Spanish and (Brazilian) Portuguese in accordance with the processes in place.

YOUR PROFILE

· Native Spanish speaker. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese). English is also a must-have to communicate with the Support HQ based in Belgium. Any other European language is a major asset.

· Ability to efficiently and respectfully communicate as well as ease of communication.

· Excellent editorial skills.

· Affinity with IT and interest in technology in general.

· Capability of integration into an international environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience working as part of a multi-lingual team.

· Rigorous, client-oriented, and helpful mindset.
