Role Purpose:

The Workday Integrations Support & Developer is a technical role in which you will serve as the primary point of contact. You must ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service—it's about passion, innovation, curiosity, and excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic organization. Responsibilities
- Work directly with key stakeholders to confirm and document requirements, and review and consider design alternatives in line with our Project Portfolio and Change Request process.
- Hands-on knowledge of PECI, Core Connector, EIB, and Workday Studio is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.) is required.
- Complete requirement definitions, functional specifications, analysis, design, configurations through to testing, cutover, and deployment to production environments.
- Evaluate and communicate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
- Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs in line with functional process data dependencies from Master and Target systems.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations, including Knowledge Transfer to resources allocated to Integration Support. Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system, and UAT testing.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate stakeholders on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
- As required on projects, ensure the Project Manager tracks issues and risks relating to the integration delivery and any interdependencies.
- Participate in Workday release reviews by identifying the impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality, as well as any associated regression testing.
- Analyze Change Requests for initial impact assessment.
- Provide production support as required, with responsibility for ticket management, triaging issue resolution, determining root cause, and implementing corrections.
- Understand technical data conversion issues through to resolution, including detailed root cause analysis.
- Partner with junior members of the team, enhancing their knowledge and acting as a role model with potential mentoring opportunities.
- Support the resolution of multiple ticket types, including Incidents, Service Requests, and Enhancements. The support process may include troubleshooting/root-cause identification, solution planning/ideation, and configuration as is relevant, as well as performing quality control/quality assurance steps for other team members.
- Analyze incidents for themes relating to technical issues or end-user training requirements and progress for the required resolution.
- Monitor and continuously refine our documentation, utilizing analysis of incidents to provide a common understanding of Workday and all its interfaces, to maintain guides updated.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing configurations or processes, considering BAU learnings, trends analysis, and recurring issues.
- Identify and recommend business process improvements between different third-party systems and Workday, and/or system optimization opportunities to better align with business needs.

Education required:
BE & Master in Computer Science
Critical Experience:
- Workday Integrations Trained/ 5 ~ 6 years active configuration experience.
- Workday Release analysis and recommendations
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel / Word
- Hands on experience on Change Requests / Ticketing tool like ServiceNow
