Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties include ensuring that your staff meets all company strategies and goals for productivity and efficiency, In other words mentoring the team members. Your role involves meeting customer requirements, ensuring our products meet customer standards, set up a marketing, strategic and sales managment team and assisting in managing production forecasts, quality, manufacturing engineering, and production/material control through our headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bacharelor degree in Engineering or Business or economics MBA;
•Advanced English is mandatory;
•Knowledge in Business Development Manager;
•Energy distribution Utilities market experience;
• Experience in leading functions as sales, operations, finance and engineering.
