Job description
Process Analyst
In charge of product technical development and improvement to understand. P-FMEA - In charge of making the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing and training; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc. In charge of quality control and production line development, make sure meet Autoliv requirement. Work with tracing system engineer to build production line tracking system; Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management. Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line have quality issue. Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing, Insure the line arrive on time.
Bachelor Degree, PFMEA, DOE, PPAP
