The Position

Reporting to the Senior P&O Director, you will take on a managerial role focused on HR strategies and initiatives. This position does not involve direct people leadership responsibilities. As HRBP at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Work with 2 VPs and 1 Director as main stakeholders. These three areas have more than 200 employees.
-Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and align HR strategies accordingly, providing strategic HR advice to support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
-Manage employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Provide guidance to managers on employee-related issues, and performance improvement.
-Lead talent management initiatives, encompassing succession planning, performance management, and employee development. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
-Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction. Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns.
-Work as a key liaison with the global HR team, contributing to and aligning with overarching HR strategies. Participate in global HR projects and share best practices across regions.

 

Qualifications

-University degree in administration, psychology, or a related field.
-Proficiency in English.
-Substantial experience as an HRBP, with a specific emphasis on employee development.
-Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
-Proactive approach with the ability to excel in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Collaborative mindset and humanized attitude, demonstrating awareness, active listening, and a focus on collective efforts.
