• Proven experience in the design and implementation of tools and equipment;
• Solid knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations;
• Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams;
• Dynamic, high sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines;
• Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing environment and with VPS (Volvo Production System) or Lean Principles. Knowledge and experience in quality tools and problem-solving tools;

• Lead cross-functional internal teams to manage the development of equipment using EEM (Early Equipment Management) methodology;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations;
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through appropriate tools and equipment;
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering teams to implement continuous improvements;
• Work together with teams to diagnose and effectively resolve issues related to tools and equipment;
• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, safety, and other teams during the projects;
• Actively engage as a member of global network teams to exchange technical insights and strategic approaches;
• Provide complete and accurate technical documentation related to tools and equipment installed;
