Responsibilities
- Use, design, and create cloud infrastructure for a multi-tier, multi-application stack.
- Troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
- Pursue reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Manage access and accounts with a focus on automating secure access and the principle of least privilege.
- Automate annoyances when it makes sense
- Keep an eye on security and industry trends.
- Think long-term. Analyze and plan for the worst.
- Monitoring, alerting, and observability as daily high priority tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices and implementation.
- 2+ years of experience implementing AWS infrastructures and services.
- Solid experience working with containers and orchestrators like ECS, Kubernetes, Nomad, or others.
- Experience with provisioning infrastructures such as Terraform, Packer, Ansible, or related.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, or related.
- Proven experience in software development, SQL and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience and troubleshooting on Linux (Ubuntu).
- Advanced English
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of stateful platforms such as Elasticsearch, Redis, InfluxDB, or related.
- Experience with tools for vulnerability scanning.
