About the job

As we scale our presence in the Brazilian market, we are seeking a Customer Success specialist to join the Credix team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our Customer Experience infrastructure and you'll be instrumental in building a robust CX framework tailored to our unique needs. We're seeking a candidate who thrives on challenges and is excited about the prospect of creating something from the ground up, with the full support of our team. You will report directly to the COO.
