About the Position

Responsibilities
Contact and manage communications with prospective clients from a provided lead list.
Present and sell company products to new and existing customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the potential of each lead to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 0-2 years in a sales role (preferred but not required).
Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. A light accent is preferred to facilitate clear communication with diverse clients.
Location: Must be based in Latin America to align with our market focus and working hours.
Skills:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Training Comprehensive training will be provided to cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols.
