Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist

Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead a team who is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and resolving problematic customer orders and inventory;
Own problem resolution with invoice reconciliation; working with our internal buying team, accounting and external vendors;
Partner with FC Leadership inventory control; including cycle counting, put away accuracy and overall health of inventory;
Assist internal customers with processing, transferring, and tracking new product through the inventory-to-site process;
Manage day to day workflow; with oversight of the productivity against defined SLAs;
Reporting daily/weekly metrics reporting to FC Leadership;
Assess and maintain inventory accuracy;
Process special orders and customer requests, including special instructions and in-process order modifications;
Research and reconcile receiving exceptions, damages and other internal transfer transactions;
Monitor and correct order flow to meet service level agreement standards;
Assist other areas of inventory control and support based on volume;
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
3+ years of with Excel experience
4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
