DESCRIPTION

Sr Product Manager finding scalable tech solution for MX regulatory challenges.

Key job responsibilities
• Scope and execute the strategy for Cross-border Inventory movements in Mexico.
• Lead planning and execution of product roadmap to expand Amazon's cross-border capabilities in Mexico.
• Collaborate with Tax, Trade compliance and Accounting teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch for new cross-border capabilities.
• Create Working Backwards documents detailing requirements and user stories for engineering.
Manage tradeoffs between short-term wins and long-term strategic bets.

A day in the life
Collaborate with country leaders in Mexico to understand expansion goals and roadblocks.
Meet with Tax and Compliance teams to discuss regulatory requirements.
Develop an engineering roadmap to address regulatory challenges.
Manage tradeoff decisions between short-term and long-term priorities.
Prepare documents to drive consensus on product roadmap.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
