With over a decade of experience, we are experts in delivering high-quality Inbound and Outbound Contact Center Solutions. We are currently recruiting experienced Executive Recruiters to join our client's team in the United States. This strategic initiative aims to identify top-tier talent to contribute to the client's success in a highly competitive market. Position: Key Responsibilities includes but are not limited to: Executive Recruiter to perform the following general duties, including but not limited to: Partner with the Internal Recruiting Team of the client by proactively sourcing and prequalifying candidates based on specific client requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal) to put forward as qualified active candidates. Generate candidate interest through creative strategies (Email blasts, Mail, Connection invites, Job Postings, etc.) to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened, to support current needs, as well as the future business growth Pre-qualify talent through profiling, gauging interest level and timing through phone calls and emails Coordinate with clients and candidates interview schedules on behalf of team members Source and maintain contact information of active pipeline as well as develop and update job descriptions and specifications Maintain and update ATS (Dynamics), Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records Ad-hoc administrative duties. Identify talent from online database/job boards, contact lists, internal database and employee referrals for routine and hard-to-fill jobs Book and conduct phone interviews to independently evaluate candidates for open jobs and internal interviews. Identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates. Assist with any client/candidate coordination on behalf of team members Continuously maintain DYN, and other databases with new and modified candidate records. The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills (expert/native proficiency in both oral and written English), significant experience in U.S. Recruiting (1-5+ years for mid-senior levels), strong interpersonal and organizational skills, an enthusiastic and communicative approach, and adhere to a business casual attire with weekends off. Project-Specific Details: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 10 pm (BRT). Lunch Break: One hour. Employment Type: Full-time (PJ). Position Level: Intermediate or Experienced. Additional Requirements: Given the nature of this role as a home office position, candidates must possess appropriate local equipment and a stable internet connection to fulfill job requirements.
