Opportunity descriptionWork with projects management asset to develop the Connected Services and improve customer experience in cooperation with the Global and Local service development network team.Based on the Services Roadmap plan, is responsible to align scope, define requirements and the expected business results, anchoring the needs within the commercial organization, dealers,market companies, dealer´s development area, marketing and others related areas.She/he will be also the focus point forCSI (Customer Services Intelligence) platform, which is one of the main services tool targeting to prospect parts and services Sales within the regions. In this role, she/he will be the product owner of this solution, responsible to plan and manage the RoadMap, boost the usage on the Markets and Dealers to take the full potentialand increase sales revenue.Main ActivitiesIdentify and evaluate business opportunities to expand our connected servicesinto new markets or sectors, as well as new features tools solutions targeting sales of parts and workshop services.Define, review, and describerequirements of new connected services features.Requirement Definition and Prioritization: Responsible for understanding user and business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and prioritizing them based on their value.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering,and operations, to ensure effective delivery of services and products, as well as continuously enhance quality.As Product Owner of CSI tool:1.Provide training for dealers, finding and establishing the best practices in order to take the full potential from the tool.2.Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and usage data to adjust strategies,improve service offerings, and identify new business opportunities.3.Stakeholders alignment: Serves as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring effective and transparent communication about the tool progress.Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives,identifying areas for improvement and optimization, both for connected services and sales of parts and workshop services., Recommended Qualifications and SkillsBachelors in engineering, IT, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.Project Management skills and experience with project team coordination.Experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with BI (BusinessIntelligence)Experience in communicating analytics insights in a clear & efficient way both verbally,in written text and ppt presentationsSubstantial logical problem-solving skills using data driven methods e.g., machinelearningExperience in agile software processes, data-driven development.Desirable product and application knowledge in combination with customer serviceson the logistics ecosystem, contract data and telematics data knowledgeGood verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
