Customer Our client assists advertisers and publishers in establishing meaningful connections with consumers through more pertinent, gratifying, and influential advertising. Prioritizing creativity, its intelligent exchange empowers advertisers to foster brand affinity by delivering compelling, dynamic creative experiences shaped by cutting-edge AI and a profound comprehension of consumer sentiment. Project As an OTT developer, you will be responsible for developing software or applications specifically designed for smart TVs or other devices that support CTV capabilities. This may include creating apps for popular streaming services, developing interactive features for Smart TV platforms, or optimizing content for the CTV environment. In doing so, you contribute to creating an innovative user experience that reaches audiences globally. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather context for complex tasks Design and develop software for Smart TVs and CTV devices Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across various CTV platforms Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CTV applications. Contribute to UI/UX design to create visually appealing and user-friendly experiences Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members Continuously strive for self-improvement and advancement within the company Qualifications 3+ years of experience with the development and deployment of applications on popular Connected TV platforms, such as Roku, Apple TV, AndroidTV, Samsung, and others Proficiency in some programming languages commonly used in software development, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, BrightScript, Swift, Java, or other languages relevant to CTV platforms Confident experience with at least one OTT player like Kaltura, Muvi, Brightcove, JW Player, etc. Good understanding of UI/UX principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly applications Understanding of streaming protocols and technologies used in the delivery of video content over the internet Proficient in testing and debugging applications to identify and resolve issues in the CTV software Good level of understanding of the advertising and video ad delivery pipeline Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
