Job description
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and lead the implementation of the expansion of ACDelco Automotive Centers in Brazil, including generating business cases, analyzing opportunities, and developing methodologies for network expansion.
Present the opportunities to dealers and other actors in the independent market, together with the field team, to develop the ACDelco business.
Support the development and implementation of sell-in and sell-out policies for automotive centers.
Create tools for monitoring and controlling the results of ACDelco Automotive Center operations.
Provide consultancy to ACDelco Automotive Centers, aiming for sustainable program growth.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience on aftersales automotive segment Proficiency in English Initiative and good interpersonal relationship Strong analytical and commercial skills Manage execution of strategy through and with others Good communication skills Commercial mindset (customer centric)
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERTISE
Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred)
Must have 3+ years relevant prior business experience (e.g., sales, marketing, product management, pricing, operations and/or supply chain, data analytics)
Complex project leadership experience and capability
