Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Craft detailed documentation, manuals, and training guides based on user stories and business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Training Delivery: Conduct informative and engaging training sessions for both technical and non-technical staff, ensuring effective understanding and application of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs, project managers, and IT teams to gather information and stay updated on system changes and updates.
- Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate feedback from training participants to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
- Best Practices: Champion best practices in documentation and training, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Tool Mastery: Utilize the latest tools and technologies for documentation and training, including e-learning platforms and multimedia tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer and Corporate Trainer, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in instructional design and developing training materials for adult learners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and continuously update training materials to reflect the latest system changes.
