What is the scope of this role?

As Accounting Supervisor, you are responsible for monitoring and controlling the accounting closing activities and accounting analyzes of the reports of the Argentinian, Brazilian, and Colombian subsidiaries in accordance with the supervision guidelines, in accordance with the pre-established processes, norms, regulations and current legislation.

In this position, you will take care of checking all documentation related to the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting basis and closings including but not limited to: accounts receivable and payable; bank transactions; cash-flow analysis; intercompany transactions; fixed assets controls, general ledger, billing, reporting, payroll entries review, accruals, conciliations and additional support, as needed. Also, you are responsible for supporting the revenue team, carrying out related tasks such as monthly revenue recognition, customer contract checklist, according to IFRS 15 rules. All processes, procedures and tasks will be carried out under supervision and assistance of Accounting Manager, revenue team and outsourced offices.

What skills and experience will you need for this role?

• Experience in accounting for more then 10 years in international companies;
• Degree in accounting;
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP;
• Good English oral and written, Spanish is a plus;
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
