Job description
A U.S.-based company that is developing an efficient platform to help automobile enthusiasts source, purchase, and sell vehicle parts, is looking for a Software Engineer. The engineer will be helping the team and company to scale up by leading and assisting with the system design and development approach. The early-stage company is utilizing the power of modern technology to help potential customers looking for car parts to connect with buyers and sellers. The company has managed to secure more than $148K in funding during their Seed round.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build dynamic, scalable, and market-ready applications for automobile enthusiasts
- Collaborate with team members to understand user requirements and convert them into growth-generating, high-performance software
- Utilize various range of systems and technologies to develop end-to-end solutions
- Keep cognizance of new technical innovation in order to build upon and improve system functions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer
- Proficient with Ruby On Rails and React
- Proven experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Great English communication skills, written and verbal
