About the Opportunity:

As a Project Administration Specialist at FedTec you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the successful implementation of various programs or projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that program activities are organized documented and executed efficiently.

Certifications: Verifiable CompTIA Security Certification

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Assist in program planning scheduling and coordination of activities.
• Maintain program documentation records and files in an organized manner.
• Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a point of contact for program stakeholders including team members clients and partners.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings workshops and events related to the program.
• Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Data Management:

• Collect and manage data related to program activities outcomes and performance.
• Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track program progress and metrics.
• Generate regular reports and updates on program status.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure that program activities comply with relevant regulations guidelines and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of programrelated documents contracts and agreements.
• Support audits and reviews by maintaining accurate records.

Budget and Resource Tracking:

• Assist in monitoring program budgets expenses and resource allocation.
• Work with program managers to track spending and report on financial status.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve program processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.

Education/Experience

• At least 3 years of proven experience in program administration or a similar role.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of program management principles is a plus.
