We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS in Campinas, Brazil.

Job Purpose:

Technical, systematic and corporate strategic management (governance) of facilities, utilities and materials contained in contractual matrix under the responsibility of DHL, as well as support and operation in the adequacy of infrastructure according to the operational manager of each unit with a focus on standardization of processes, improvement continuous and cost reduction.

Your tasks:

• Support the Operational Management of the site through corporate technical guidelines to ensure the proper functioning and performance of general equipment and facilities.
• Make alignments and technical guidelines with the managers of the sites under their responsibility.
• Apply the audit of Real Estate (Assessment) and support the solutions and improvements pointed out in it.
• Share and implement best practices in conjunction with Facilities Fields.
• Conduct periodic forums for alignment of guidelines, sharing of best practices and multiplication of knowledge.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals for new projects in conjunction with BD and SD.
• Remotely or in person support operational start-ups and shutdowns, in line with management immediate.
• Search, develop and implement technological innovations.
• Conduct surveys / assessments and generate detailed reports on the current conditions of the building and equipment.
• Standardize and improve processes.
• Carry out a systemic vision through the Vista Management and apply deploying actions.
• Develop and update internal reports (eg, KPIs).
• Generate financial gains and cost reductions through technical improvements.
• Meet the standards of Quality, Safety and Environment.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.

Your profile:

• Relevant University Degree e.g. in Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate related field.
• Bilingual: English/ local language as needed.
• 5-7 years of relevant Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate experience.
