Descrição
- Responsible for Research Development and Innovation (RD & I) of wells (Drilling, Completion, Workover, etc.).
- Review the AFEs, designs, programs, ballots of wells in Non-operated blocks. Completes the internal review forms.
- Leads the preparation of drilling annual budget and plan.
- As well representative of Company of Non-operated blocks, attends the related meetings, conferences, and workshops regarding well operations. Contributes the reasonable recommendations.
- Initiates the well design, preparation, support procurement in Company Operated Block, if required.
- Summarize good practices and publish papers in journal, share the knowledge and experience internally.
Perfil desejável
- Master 's degree or above in Petroleum engineering, drilling and completion or the related;
- Speak, read, and write fluently in English. Able to use computer proficiently.
- Extensive knowledge of drilling design, operation and research. At least 2 papers published on public journals or reports;
- Good relationship with ANP, universities and research institutes, etc;
- Knowledge of cost control, completion and engineering construction;
- Good at leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving.
