Must-Have: Experience in End User Computing – Laptop, Desktop support. Service Management Service Now Knowledge of ITIL processes Role of Responsibility: Deploy software and Hardware in End User Computing area. Trouble shooting and deploying end user compute including Laptop/ Desktop/Notes/O365/ Hardware/COTS and Mobile applications. Troubleshooting on Application Support Troubleshooting on VPN software and Collaboration tools Troubleshooting on Password Reset tools and Remote Control tools. Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10, Windows 11 and MS Office Working experience in ServiceNow Excellent communication skills (Local language is MUST along with English) Knowledge on Service Management / ITIL process PC Asset Support: Add, Move, Change, Update, Reassign of laptop / desktop devices Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops.
