Position: Recruiting & Research (internship) - Venture People
Type: Internship ( 30h/weekly) - 9am to 4pm.

Venture People is a specialized recruitment and selection consultancy focusing on startups and technology companies. As a Researcher at Venture People, you will join a team of expert recruiters in the technology and startup sectors. You will be responsible for understanding client demands and efficiently executing the recruitment and selection process with agility and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate actively in the alignment of new position openings with Venture People's clients.
- Conduct research and strategize target company mapping to acquire qualified professionals for participation in the selection processes.
- Develop an action plan to track approaches.
- Research professional profiles via referrals, on social media, proprietary base and recruit candidates.
- Register profiles in the ATS plataform to monitor professionals throughout the selection process and ensure accurate information input.
- Reach out to professionals to invite them to participate in the selection process.
- Make calls to professionals to validate information.
- Manage interviews with the Lead Recruiter and follow up with candidates for the interview process coordination at Venture People.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economics, Social Communication, Public Relations, Literature, Engineering, or Psychology.
- Expected Graduation Year: From December 2024 onward.
- Language: Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish (a plus).

- Compensation: R$ 1,250.00/month + performance-based variable compensation + life insurance.
- 100% remote work, but we prefer people from São Paulo for this position due to some in-person meetings.
