What you will do
Design develop and maintain our platform using Python and Django ensuring high performance quality and responsiveness.
Work with Tailwind CSS to create intuitive efficient and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
Deploy and manage our applications on cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS ensuring scalability security and reliability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Participate in the full software development life cycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Implement security and data protection solutions.
Must haves
5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django.
Proven expertise in fullstack development including frontend and backend technologies.
Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and a keen eye for UI/UX design.
Proficient in database management and optimization with Postgres.
Extensive experience in deploying and managing applications on Heroku.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice to haves
Familiarity with AWS services to supplement Heroku addons as needed.
Experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
Experience building online learning platforms twosided marketplaces consumer mobile applications and/or hiring platforms.
