Cyber – eDiscovery Manager
The Cyber eDiscovery Manager will provide eDiscovery case management support, manage the eDiscovery request intake process and be the key partner and communications point of contact for the Kenvue Legal eDiscovery Team.Technical responsibilities include the ability to fulfill electronic discovery preservation, collection, and processing requests in support of litigation, investigations, and similar legal matters.This role will also have responsibility to build and manage case intake process to ensure all requests are assigned and meeting expectations for completion.
The individual will be accountable for supporting our strategic projects, initiatives and continuous process improvements to bring business and service value.This role will collaborate with the team on all aspects of the technology services necessary to deliver on products and services the team provides.
This position reports into the Senior Manager, of Cyber Risk - eDiscovery and Cyber Investigations and is based at Sao Paulo, Brazil.

What You Will Do
The Cyber eDiscovery Manager will be responsible for eDiscovery case management support, manage the eDiscovery request intake process and be the key partner and communications point of contact for the Kenvue Legal eDiscovery Team. They will conduct all eDiscovery preservations and collections. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Cyber, IT, Legal and Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
The eDiscovery Manager’s primary responsibility is to fulfill electronic discovery which includes, but is not limited to the following:
• Manage and process data preservation, collection, and processing requests for electronically stored information, including all O365 applications and resources (email, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.), hard drives, network shares, and portable devices.
• Maintain detailed records for all requests, including the operations that were performed and the date and format of data delivery.
• Utilize industry standard electronic discovery and data forensic hardware and software to ensure data integrity.
• Active communication with and delivery of status updates to case manager and legal partners
• Conduct electronic data collections using the following tools: EnCase, FTK, Intella, Cellebrite , Magnet AXIOM, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery Platform, and hard drive cloning operations .
• Experience with SharePoint Development, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Process all requests according to established intake processes and internal guidelines.
• Follow the progression of each request including liaising with the requestor.
• Maintain awareness of all requests’ target dates and necessary actions that should be taken in advance to meet or come close to the target date.
• Maintain and troubleshoot any forensic tools and equipment
• Actively participate in meetings with business partners

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :
• Must have strong presence, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate issues and outcomes at all levels.

• Strong teamwork and communication/information sharing skills.
• Exercise judgment and influence on key process and technical decisions (for example, policy, standards, technical solutions).
• Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Good organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and handle/prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong technical skills relating to digital forensics
• Process oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• B.S. degree in an IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security or similar field of study preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in IT eDiscovery.
• Must have experience working with EnCase, FTK, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery Platform, and hard drive cloning operations.
