Job description
Location: 100% Remote- must be located in Brazil
Contract: 12 months
Pay: 7,000-15,000 R$ (BRL) per month (pre-tax)
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years' experience in UX Design – Web / Desktop Applications
- Experience with UI Design concepts
- Extensive wireframing experience
- Experience creating and presenting wireframing
- Expert in Figma, particularly in prototyping
- Using and creating components
- Experience utilizing Design Systems
- Ability to present and persuade Stakeholder
- Comfortable taking in requirements from Stakeholders
- Experience interfacing with software engineers
- Excellent Communication skills (meetings and work deliverables are all in English)
Plusses:
- Experience with Miro or FigJam
- Experience leading a team or project
Job Description:
Work across the entire UX and UI lifecycle, partner with subject matter experts, develop strategy, design, validation, and optimization. From brainstorming to implementation, will work cross-functionally with software engineers, product management, brand marketing, QA, and R&D. Have a passion for creating a user experience and design strategy that is straightforward, elegant, engaging, and most importantly, easy to use.
Day to Day:
- Design complex desktop & web applications that meet business requirements and user needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible
- Ensure design consistency across multiple products and platforms
- Communicate design strategy, rationale, and perspective and present UX and UI design concepts.
- Understand and apply feedback with flexibility.
- Utilize and contribute to design patterns that will enable a consistent user experience across products and platforms.
