It is through the work of the Account Manager I that we take our solutions to the largest retailers in Brazil. For this, it is important to be able to relate to the different areas of the client's business that are involved in decision-making, building together with them the way to contract a gift card operation capable of impacting the client's business results.
• Prospect and develop new businesses with medium and large retailers
• Work together with customers to understand how our solutions can fit into your business, maximizing value for the retailer
• Conduct complex negotiations that involve different areas of the client
• Interact with the technical areas of retail and Todo, to align expectations
• Manage sales pipeline, working to increase revenue and reduce sales cycle
• Work together with the SDR, marketing and product teams to continuously improve the company and the performance of all
