Raw Material Specification Writer

We are currently looking for a skilled Raw Material Specification Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and providing guidance for regional and global raw material specifications and change controls. The Raw Material Specification Writer will be responsible for collaborating with other technical writers and business partners to meet deadlines and technical requirements. Additionally, the Raw Material Specification Writer will be responsible for approving specifications and change controls and driving them to completion.

This position is based at Sao Jose dos Campos.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

· Write and provide guidance for regional and global raw material specifications and change controls

· Collaborate with other technical writers and business partners to ensure that specifications and change controls meet technical requirements and deadlines

· Approve specifications and change controls and drive them to completion

· Ensure that all raw material specifications and change controls comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards

· Monitor and ensure the quality of raw material specification data and provide regular reports to key stakeholders

· Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement best practices for raw material specification management

· Provide training and support to personnel on raw material specifications and change controls

· Stay up to date with advancements in raw material specifications and change controls and make recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field, such as chemistry or biology

· Experience in technical writing and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to raw material specifications

· Additionally, the ideal candidate would possess excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

· Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, etc) with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

· A background in Consumer products or a related industry is preferred
