Our client is one of the world leading software solutions providers for the payments industry.
Your Team
You lead a team of 7 leaders, and an extended group of over 100 individuals in LATAM, USA and Europe.
Your Challenge
You are responsible to maintain and direct the operations of the Issuer business in LATAM, coordinating with all departments and be the key regional focal point of scalation for customers. You ensure proper resource allocation, manages the leaders of Ops verticals, and drives the strategy for five core processes:
Implementations: Ensures new customers migrate their credit and debit portfolios into the Issuer Solution, in a swift, smooth and cost-effective manner.
Business interface: understand and specify customer needs into technical function requirements.
Project delivery: maximizes the value customers obtain from the platform through product implementation and personalized development.
Advisory: helps customers capture opportunities in a fast-changing environment with experts, who bring extensive payment industry knowledge.
Integration Office: Enables efficient workflows that save time and money.
Core Competences:
Effective communicator, an experienced leader and a problem solver.
Portuguese or Spanish speaker + fluent in English.
Proactive with stakeholders, a self-starter who can work under broad direction, and passionate about delivering world-class solutions that enable the business to optimize operations and maximize the value of the Platform.
Experience in the payment industry is a plus.
Executive experience with Operations of critical technology solutions for international and complex organizations
