EMIS is looking for Consultants with different experience in the subject matter:Chief Consultants/Partners (min. 20 years of relevant experience)Senior Consultants (min. 10 years of relevant experience)Consultants (min. 6 years of relevant experience)Junior Consultants (min. 2 years of relevant experience)Workplace will generally be from Remote. Upon request, Consultant must be also able to travel and work at HQ of EMIS’s Client in Geneva, its Regional Offices, or any other location.Contract Type: Consultant Frame AgreementDuration: 3+3 yearsThis position is pending a contract award. Main responsibilities:Enhancement of organizational efficiency and effectiveness through a comprehensive business improvement initiative;Opportunity and threat analysis of organization’s environment and conditions;Identifying key areas for improvement in business operations, communication, and collaboration and providing solutions;Strength and weakness analysis based on organization’s resources, capabilities and finances. This will include assessment of current operating model, process re-design and simplification;Augmenting employee engagement via processes and systems to support teams in adapting to the requirements of a complex context;Development of innovation strategies;Follow-up to global staff survey to implement quick wins across functions and geographies, coupled with long term cultural shifts towards a more accountable and collaborative organization;Any other relevant area which will support the ongoing initiatives for organizational efficiency improvement. Position requirements:Minimum B.A. or other first-level equivalent education. Minimum Master or other equivalent education for Chief and Senior positions.Fluency in English; ability to fluently write in and speak English language is expected.Qualified to perform the assigned tasks.Knowledge of the focus area, as well as specific experience working with the development system of international organizations or international NGOs, in different capacities (e.g. as private sector supplier, individual contractor, consultant, or senior international organizations or international NGOs staff member) (min. 2 yrs for Jnr., 6 for Std., 10 for Snr. and 20 for Chief position).Management experience is required for higher categories.Ability to work independently at the appropriate level of responsibility.Availability to presential work (if necessary and requested).Availability to travel (if necessary and requested).
