We are seeking a talented Learning & Development Analyst who will support our development programs and assess organisational development needs as a part of the Talent Management sub-department.
Superpowers you have:
- BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field .
- Experience in the development, implementation and improvement of development programs .
- Knowledge of modern practices, methods and tools in the L&D area.
- English – upper-intermediate and above
- Experience with Google tools, MS Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXS)
- Self-organization
- Analytical thinking
- Initiative and result-oriented
- Critical and innovative thinking
- Communications
- Willingness to work in a multitasking and dynamic environment

- Training experience
- Experience in international and intercultural companies.
Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:
- Assist in assessing organizational development needs through learning needs analysis.
- Plan and oversee development programs.
- Work and engage in contract negotiations with external providers.
- Plan logistics of training (registration, payment, evaluation, communication with employees, and tracking, etc.) for specialists from Brazil and other Company locations.
- Co-design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other learning solutions.
- Assist with various company-wide learning methods (e.g., mentoring, knowledge base, knowledge-sharing activities, and other learning solutions).
- Work with the audience to engage them in the learning process, providing consultancy support for the audience on existing learning solutions.
- Monitor and update training status in relevant reports.
- Monitor results of Reactions and Effectiveness Evaluations of training programs.
- Collect and analyze training KPI data.
- Assist in a budgeting process within development programs.
- Provide support for English language courses.
- Assist in maintaining the corporate library.
- Assist in Performance Review processes (people assessment) by participating in process organization, collecting and analyzing data.
- Assist in a career path program.
- Collaborate cross-team and within the People & Culture department.
