As a Business Development Representative , the purpose is to assist the CEO in expanding the business through outbound sales efforts.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Initiate contact with potential clients on behalf of Dominant Digital Agency, utilising various channels such as outbound calls, emails, and social media messages.

📦 Display the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with prospective clients about their website and marketing needs.

📑 Independently evaluate a client's website, identifying key discussion points for initial contact in a professional, helpful, and consultative manner.

🧾 Actively identify areas for improvement on clients' websites, providing compelling reasons for them to consider the services offered by the company.

📦 Collaborate with the client to implement strategies that contribute to the success of their digital presence.

📑 Offer insights and recommendations based on the assessment of clients' websites, aligning strategies with their business objectives.

💼 Work in coordination with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of strategies across various channels.

📊 Provide reports and insights to clients and the team, utilising data-driven observations to enhance performance.

Working Hours ⏰: Full time. The schedule aligns with EST business hours.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales.

As the Ideal Candidate, you should:

✅ Be resilient and not easily discouraged by rejection.

✅ Approach interactions with a focus on providing value rather than sounding overly "salesy."

✅ Have a friendly and outgoing personality, enjoying conversations and possessing a proactive approach - hunter mentality
