• Master’s degree in Project Management or related field;
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
• SCRUM, Agile will be considered differential;
• Project management experience;
• Networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence people across different disciplines, cultures and organizational levels;

• Develop and implement project plans for service design initiatives, including user research, prototyping, and implementation phases;
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones;
• Lead the application of technological and non-technological solutions: processes, knowledge, professional expertise;

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals;
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations;
• Provide regular project updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met;
• Implement and maintain project quality control processes;
